  Maintenance and general service of the UDR staff is awful. The property itself is very nice, modern looking, and has a great location. I've lived here for 3 years and they've only very slightly increased my rent each year, but they've started nickel and diming by charging for things like our parking spaces @ $50/month per spot. The amenities are nice and convenient, 24/7 gym, pool and jacuzzi until 10pm, and meeting rooms are great. Overall it's decent. If UDR could get their act together when it comes to the janitorial service, and have a dedicated staff of people who could take responsibility for issues this place would be MUCH better than it is.
