  Buyer Beware!!! My experience at Tierra Del Rey started out beautifully. Sheila was so helpful in getting us moved in the same day, the grounds were gorgeous...and then I was a tenant. That is when it all starts to go -- bad. They only work hard to get you signed, because they are paid commission on that. Once you are in, you are just a nuisance to be dealt with till they can fill your unit with a new tenant -- which brings another new commission. Nothing that Sheila promised ever materialized. Every email sent to her spelling out terms discussed in our meetings were returned with short notes like "Please call me." or "Please see me." They are careful to NEVER put anything in writing, but they promise you the world and do not deliver. I fully regret ever moving into Tierra Del Rey. Buyer Beware!
